About the Role

This is a remote position.

Revmind Labs AI is a boutique deep-tech AI company building production-grade AI and software systems for enterprise customers, especially in pharma and CPG. We build tailored AI solutions, advanced analytics platforms, dashboards, data workflows, AI/LLM-powered systems, and enterprise-ready applications that move from idea to production.


We are looking for a Business Analyst & Scrum Master to support the Engineering Manager and CEO in running structured sprint delivery. In the near term, you will assist with Scrum facilitation, documentation, and functional testing. The expectation is that you grow into independently managing Scrum on future projects.


  • 50%  Sprint & Documentation Support — Assist in managing the Jira board; author and maintain BRDs and TRDs in Confluence; write user stories, acceptance criteria, and help keep the backlog groomed and sprint-ready.

  • 20%  Scrum Operations — Update task assignments, statuses, and story points in Jira in line with daily Scrum calls; support the Engineering Manager in keeping ceremonies and artefacts on track.

  • 10%  Sprint Reporting — Prepare structured sprint reports at the close of each sprint covering velocity, burn-down, blockers, and delivery outcomes.

  • 20%  Functional Testing — Write and execute functional test cases for each sprint increment; log defects in Jira and verify fixes before sign-off.




Requirements

  • 5+ years of total professional experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar analyst role.

  • Working knowledge of Jira — boards, backlogs, epics, story points, and basic reporting.

  • Experience writing BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in a software delivery environment.

  • Exposure to Scrum or Agile delivery — you have participated in ceremonies and understand the framework.

  • Ability to write clearly and precisely in English — documentation and reports go directly to the CEO.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.

  • Enough technical literacy to work alongside an engineering team, ask the right questions, and document accurately — without needing to write code.


PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM).

  • Experience with Confluence for documentation.

  • Familiarity with SQL or data querying.

  • Exposure to AI, analytics, or enterprise SaaS product environments.

Communication : Slack, Google Meet, or equivalent

Testing : Functional test case execution; defect logging in Jira
