Job Title: Wholesale Operations Support Coordinator
Location: Venlo, Netherlands

Reporting to (level): Wholesale Operations Support Sr. Supervisor
Who You Are
As a Wholesale Operations Support Coordinator you have a strong Customer focused attitude.
You are able to not get scared of taking responsibilities, working independently, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
You have strong analytical skills and are challenged by complex situations that require analysis and logic to be resolved, because you are solution oriented and able to think outside the box.
The external pressure is no problem for you as you are structured and able to work based on a priority list to have the job done on time.
The Wholesale Operations Support Coordinator is part of the Wholesale Operations Support team and reports into the Wholesale Operations Support Sr. Supervisor.
What You Will Do
- Enter, manage and release orders, reorders and swaps
- Understand the logic of the seasonal inventory to be able to place the stock for re-orders and swaps;
- Send order confirmations to customers within the due schedule;
- Monitor the order status for the customer in all the phases (from the order placement to the delivery);
- Monitor accuracy of orders during the 4 selling campaigns.
- Organize shipments in Italian market
- Prepare weekly reports and regular reviews;
- Develop and maintain good partnership with customers’ contacts;
- Enter return authorizations, communicate return requirements to the customer and organize return shipments with Logistics and with the support of the Wholesale Operations Support Assistant;
- Data entry and update of Customer Master data with the support of the Wholesale Operations Support Assistant;
- Learn and navigate the different system entry tools (RLM, Active Omni) as well as reporting tools (Qlik View, Smart sheet) with analytical approach, by understanding the interdependency between them;
- Act promptly, independently and with a “think out of the box” mentality to tackle and solve issues;
- Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Agents, Accountancy and Logistics;
- support Account Executives/Agents and Accountancy with regular data to keep control of customers;
- Improve knowledge of the IT systems to increase quality of reports on shipments and orders;
What You Need to Have
- College degree (MBO or equivalent);
- Previous Experience in B2B Customer Service and/or Wholesale Operations Support is a plus
- Computer literate with good skills in Excel and other IT systems;
- Mandatory knowledge of English and Italian, plus any additional main European language (German, French, Spanish) – a third additional language is a plus;
- Knowledge of the basic principles of Supply Chain, Sales and Finance of Fashion/Luxury organizations.
