DGO Analyst

Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing departmental documents. This is both creation and maintaining policy, process and instructional documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance records and assistance maintaining departmental tracking documents.
- Assist with managers and departmental projects, this includes maintaining meeting notes and goal trackers.
- Assist with running reports for departments on a weekly and monthly biases.
- Assistance in managing State Contracts.
- Ad hoc tasks to assist managers
- Audit support, assist with tasks related in internal and external audits
- Assist with case overflow as necessary
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Must be methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Good communication skills, including email and verbal communication
- Ability to work as part of a team to drive results
- Customer service and process oriented
- Good understanding of business processes
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience, preferred
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point are a must
- Experience with SharePoint and Service Now
- Ability to work with large amount of data in Excell
