About the Role

Are you ready to launch your engineering career with a leading name in civil and pavement rehabilitation? We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our dynamic team! Based at our Dandenong site, you’ll play a key role in delivering major road construction projects, with plenty of variety and the chance to travel to regional locations. This is the perfect role for a recent graduate eager to make their mark in the industry and gain hands-on experience with an industry leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the delivery of allocated projects to agreed time, cost, quality and safety objectives.

  • Monitor project cost, program, safety and commercial performance.

  • Assist with risk identification, issue resolution and opportunity realisation.

  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Project Engineers and Commercial teams.

  • Participate in project meetings and prepare reports and presentations as required.

  • Contribute to tendering, estimating and business development activities when required.

  • Build, maintain and grow strong client and stakeholder relationships.

  • Actively lead and promote a Zero Harm safety culture across all activities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Exposure in civil road construction, stabilisation or surfacing industry highly regarded.
  • Ability to work away from home in regional areas frequently.
  • Successful track record with planning, organising and time management.
  • Proven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm with an aptitude for seeking further opportunities to make a significant contribution.
