Job Description

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Improving Customer Satisfaction for Field & Zero Km
  • Project management & proto validation for various mobile application and attainment of KPIs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and source plant teams
  • Fostering internal relationship with internal Service Organizations and other departments

Qualifications

B.E. Mechanical with 5 - 6  years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills / Exposure :

  • In-depth Products Knowledge (Fault finding trouble shooting, assembly, dis-assembly, Testing),
  • Trouble shooting skills,
  • Adaptability
  • Communication skills
