About the Role

What to expect

As an intern, you will be involved as a full member of the team from day one and will have the opportunity to experience the entire investment process at first hand. Your duties will include:

  • Analysis of investment opportunities in Poland, as well as industries and markets

  • Active support of the investment team in the execution of live transactions

  • Preparation of presentations for the investment committee and external purposes

  • Participation and interaction in meetings with advisers and management teams

  • Contributing to the day-to-day management of the Poland portfolio

Start: September or October 2026 for 6 months

Your mission

Requirements

Please note that you are not required to submit a cover letter. Instead, please submit a short investment pitch (max. 300 words) aligned with our investment strategy, setting out your thesis, key supporting arguments and principal risks.

Your profile

  • Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking or a related transaction-oriented field

  • -Bachelor's degree and currently pursuing, or having completed, a master's degree with a strong academic record from a top-ranked university

  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

  • Demonstrated financial modelling and valuation experience

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Proficiency with MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Fluency in Polish and English
