AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead, coach, and develop our service team while driving exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and continued growth. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC Service Technicians to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators, including revenue, average ticket, conversion rate, maintenance agreement sales, callbacks, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular ride-alongs, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews to improve technician skills and results.
- Oversee daily scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure technicians deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to provide homeowners with additional solutions.
- Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding customer experience.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain top HVAC talent while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
- Review service reports, job quality, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable codes.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve technical knowledge, sales performance, and leadership development.
- Manage department performance to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational goals while supporting company growth.
- Other managerial duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Business operations experience strongly preferred.
- Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
- Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
- Proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel - Word - PowerPoint).
- Must have good selling skills.
- Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
