Location: Moser’s Grocery Store – Columbia, MO

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers, support front-end operations, and help create a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced grocery store environment.

What You’ll Do

  •  Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product inquiries
  •  Process returns, exchanges, and front-end transactions
  •  Answer phones and provide customer support
  •  Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
  •  Support front-end team members and daily store operations
  •  Promote store programs, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
  •  Handle customer feedback professionally and efficiently
  •  Manage lottery machine operations and related procedures
  •  Follow company policies and customer service standards

What We’re Looking For

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to assist customers
  •  Basic math and reading skills
  •  Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
  •  Attention to detail and ability to follow store policies
  •  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  •  Willingness to collaborate with fellow employee-owners and management
  •  Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Work Environment

  •  Fast-paced grocery store front-end environment
  •  Exposure to varying temperatures near entrances and exits
  •  Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 25–50 lbs
