Finance Manager

Role description
As the Finance Manager, you will lead and strengthen our finance function in Indonesia while ensuring compliance with both local regulations and global standards. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial excellence, support strategic business growth, and shape the future of our finance organization.
You will report directly to the Managing Director Indonesia and have a functional reporting line to the Global Head of Finance in Switzerland. This dual reporting structure provides the opportunity to work closely with local business operations while contributing to the company's global finance strategy and best practices.
Your Mission
Lead Financial Operations & Month-End Closing
Own the month-end closing process by ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting reporting deadlines.Manage Group Financial Reporting
Prepare and submit monthly consolidation data through LucaNet while ensuring compliance with the Group's reporting standards.Ensure Statutory & Tax Compliance
Coordinate statutory reporting, tax filings, and regulatory requirements with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure full compliance.Strengthen Intercompany Financial Processes
Oversee and improve intercompany reconciliation processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions across global entities.Drive Finance Process Transformation
Improve finance operations by transitioning manual, Excel-based processes into efficient ERP-driven workflows and standardized practices.Support ERP Implementation & Digitalization
Actively participate in the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation by representing local business requirements and supporting successful adoption.Standardize Finance Processes
Develop and maintain finance documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project tracking using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.Develop the Finance Team & Business Partnership
Coach and develop the accounting team while building strong partnerships with the Managing Director and collaborating closely with finance teams in Switzerland and Germany to support business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Big 4 (Audit, Advisory, Transaction Services, or Consulting).
Experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or chemical industry is highly preferred.
Brevet A, B, and C certifications are preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, or similar), including implementation or process improvement.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a strong process improvement mindset.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of IFRS and PSAK; CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Understanding of intercompany accounting, consolidation, and reconciliation processes.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) is an advantage.
Experience working within a multinational organization.
