Employment Type: Seasonal Full Time 

Compensation Structure: $14 hourly

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. Weekends as needed

Requirements

What You'll Do


The Turnover Maintenance position assists with apartment turnover/make-ready processes and upkeep of the grounds, parking areas, and common spaces, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained while delivering superior customer service to foster positive resident relationships. On-call and Weekend availability is required.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and community areas to identify and address safety hazards, liability concerns, and cleanliness issues, ensuring the property meets company standards.
  • Conduct unit inspections to verify move-in readiness and perform make-ready processes.
  • Perform apartment turn-related tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance efforts to preserve the condition and longevity of the property.


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial services, maintenance support, or property management is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
