About the Role

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as Finance business partner to business units and senior management to support strategic and operational decision making.

  • Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations on business initiatives, investments, and cost optimisation.

  • Challenge business assumptions constructively and promote financially sound decision‑making.

  • Support business cases, pricing decisions, and capital expenditure proposals.

  • Analyse variances between actual results, budget, and forecast, and explain key drivers to stakeholders.

  • Develop financial models, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor business performance.

  • Identify risks and opportunities and proactively propose mitigation or improvement actions.

  • Participate in group finance projects and initiatives such as activity-based costing project.

  • To perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent professional qualification is required with minimum 8 years of experience. Prior experience as a Finance Business Partner and tourism industry will be an added advantage.

  • Meticulous with a strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure to meet tight schedules.

  • Excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of various stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated with a “sense-of-urgency” and "hands-on" approach.

  • Able to adapt to changing needs and processes to learn and grow alongside the business
