Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to join our busy service department.

This is a great full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on automotive experience and wants to continue to grow and develop their skills and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, basic diagnostics and multi-point inspections
• Learn dealership processes and manufacturer standards
• Learn how to troubleshoot and repair real vehicle issues
• Work alongside experienced technicians
• Support daily department operations
• Continue developing technical skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 
• Prior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician or education with an Automotive Technical school preferred  
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• A high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed. 
• Basic mathematical aptitude 
• Ability to understand and apply common sense. 
• Clean driving record  
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
