What You’ll Do

  • Engage customers with confidence and guide them through the full vehicle purchase process
  • Present vehicles with authority, clearly communicating value, features, and financing options
  • Own your pipeline by following up with leads, making outbound calls, and generating new opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional showroom experiences that reflect professionalism and energy
  • Track all customer interactions, test drives, and deals to maintain a strong organization and follow-through
  • Work with a high-performing sales team focused on exceeding individual and dealership sales goals

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales-driven professionals with a strong ability to connect with customers and close deals
  • Retail or commission sales experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
  • Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to continuous learning and product knowledge
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Salesperson License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older
