Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an outpatient behavioral health practice in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide outpatient behavioral health services for children and adolescents up to age 18.
- Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, and ongoing behavioral health interventions.
- Partner with families, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while delivering evidence-based therapeutic services.
- Manage a balanced outpatient caseload supported by experienced administrative and clinical staff.
- Practice within a mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to pediatric behavioral healthcare.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $68,224-$81,868.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Experience providing behavioral health services to pediatric patients.
- Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
- Strong communication and family-centered care skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary outpatient team.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral healthcare.
