Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, Arizona.

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary of $108,700-$152,200 based on experience.
  • Productivity incentive bonus plus retention bonus.
  • Student loan repayment eligibility.
  • FTCA malpractice coverage.
  • Relocation assistance available.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Deliver preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management.
  • Perform minor office procedures based on training and credentialing.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Practice in a mission-driven organization focused on improving access to healthcare.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
  • Current or eligible Arizona license.
  • Current or eligible DEA registration.
  • BLS certification.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan.
  • Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
