Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for The Family Counseling Center in Gloversville, New York.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000.
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000.

POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling and therapeutic services for individuals and families.
- Work with diverse patient populations age 5 and older.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services.
- Complete assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and ongoing care coordination.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary behavioral health care team.
- Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain accurate clinical documentation.

- Hybrid schedule available.
- Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or four 10-hour shifts.
- One evening per week until 7:00 PM.
- Full clinical and administrative support staff.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations age 5 and older.
- Ability to provide individual, family, and group counseling services.
- Comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Electronic health record experience.
- Commitment to providing high-quality outpatient behavioral health care.
