About the Role
Was dich erwartet
- Sichere Frontend-Architektur: Du designst und implementierst framework-agnostische Web Components, resilient gegen XSS und andere Angriffsvektoren, und unterstützt bei der Definition von Content Security Policies.
- Design System aufbauen: Du entwickelst ein zentrales Design System auf Basis nativer Web-Standards – mit breiter organisatorischer Unterstützung.
- Vue.js-Applikationslandschaft weiterentwickeln: Du übernimmst eine bestehende Codebasis, machst eine Bestandsaufnahme und führst sie schrittweise in das neue Design System über.
- Barrierefreiheit: Du entwickelst nach WCAG-Richtlinien – semantisches HTML, Tastaturbedienung, ARIA-Attribute.
- Frontend-Perspektive einbringen: Du bringst die Frontend-Sicht in API-Gespräche mit Backend, Architekten und PM ein – als langfristiger Prozess mit wachsendem Einfluss.
- Qualität sicherstellen: Du verantwortest eine angemessene Testabdeckung – Unit Tests, Komponententests, End-to-End-Tests.
- Echte Ownership: Du baust Frontend-Ownership bei Univention auf – mit klarem Entwicklungspfad und breiter organisatorischer Unterstützung.
- Sinn & Wirkung: Du arbeitest nicht für Adtech oder Konzerninteressen, sondern baust Infrastruktur, die Schulen, Behörden und Organisationen digitale Unabhängigkeit ermöglicht – in einer Zeit, in der genau das politisch und gesellschaftlich immer relevanter wird.
- Gestaltungsspielraum: Du bist die erste und prägende Frontend-Stimme im Unternehmen – technologisch, konzeptionell und kommunikativ.
Was du mitbringst
Must-have- Web-Standard-Expertise: Fundiertes Wissen in Vanilla JS, HTML5, CSS3 und Web Components (Custom Elements, Shadow DOM).
- Sicherheits-Mindset: Klares Verständnis der OWASP Top 10 – XSS, CSRF, CORS-Fehlkonfigurationen, CSP.
- Vue.js-Erfahrung: Refactoring und Debugging von gewachsenem Code, State Management (Pinia/Vuex), Router-Strukturen.
- Barrierefreiheit: Solide WCAG-Kenntnisse; BITV 2.0 ein Plus.
- UX-Urteilsvermögen: Du triffst eigenständig UX-Entscheidungen, ohne dediziertes Design-Team.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du vertrittst Frontend-Anforderungen gegenüber Backend, Architekten und PM – sachlich und klar.
- Technologische Resilienz: Du kannst eine unbekannte Codebasis strukturiert einschätzen, priorisieren und ohne Panik weiterentwickeln.
- KI als Arbeitsweise: Du nutzt KI-gestützte Tools selbstverständlich im Arbeitsalltag. Das ist keine Option, sondern eine klare Erwartung.
- Sprache: Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – Englisch ist unsere Arbeitssprache.
- TypeScript – stark bevorzugt
- Grundkenntnisse in Python – für das Lesen von Backend-Code
- Linux-Umgebungen, Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD-Erfahrung
- IAM-Grundverständnis
