About The Company
In neurological care, critical decisions are often made under pressure with little room for uncertainty. IntraNerve Neuroscience exists to help hospitals and physicians navigate that complexity with dependable clinical support, ethical stewardship, and experienced neurological insight when it matters most. Founded in 2006, INN provides intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM), EEG monitoring, and remote physician interpretation services for healthcare organizations across the United States. Our teams support surgical and critical care environments where consistency, communication, and clinical judgment are essential. We believe neuromonitoring should feel less like an outsourced service and more like a trusted extension of the care team that is integrated thoughtfully, responsive in real time, and grounded in accountability. As a Joint Commission–accredited telehealth organization since 2010, INN provides nationwide coverage and 24/7 support while maintaining rigorous clinical and operational standards. Each year, our clinicians support the care of more than 40,000 patients nationwide. Our approach is deliberate. Because protecting neurological care also means protecting the standards behind it.
