Key Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for re-engaging homeowners who have previously received an in-home sales pitch from our field team. Your primary focus is to guide these "warm" leads through the final stages of the decision-making process and close the sale remotely. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound calls to leads who have already been presented with a roofing solution in their home.
- Serving as a professional closer by addressing remaining concerns, handling objections, and explaining the value of our restoration services.
- Managing multiple conversations and follow-up tasks simultaneously within our CRM system.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively resolve client questions over the phone.
- Collaborating with field sales representatives and branch management to ensure a seamless handoff and positive customer experience.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience (inside sales, retail sales, phone sales, or related experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently speak on the phone and engage prospects professionally.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups, and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience making outbound or inbound sales calls.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
