About the Role

Description

Job Title: Full-Time Service Advisor


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Service Advisor to join our team at a heavy-duty truck dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CDK and Cummins knowledge, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

- Review and process job service repair orders

- Ensure accuracy of time and job stories

- Order parts for jobs as needed

- Provide excellent customer service to clients

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure timely completion of jobs

- Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service advisor role

- Strong knowledge of CDK and Cummins

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work Monday-Friday, with some weekends as needed
