Senior Manager, Growth Operations & Strategy

About Us
Greenbrook Medical is building the new standard in primary care.
We deliver high-touch, relationship-based care through neighborhood clinics, grounded in a simple belief: every senior deserves the kind of care we would want for our own families. Our model prioritizes time with patients, strong care coordination, and a personalized approach that improves outcomes while lowering total cost of care.
We take full accountability for patient outcomes and overall cost of care, aligning clinical excellence with disciplined execution. That commitment shows up in our results, including a patient Net Promoter Score of 91, compared to 32 for typical healthcare organizations.
Rooted in Tampa Bay and partnered with Tampa General Hospital, we are entering an exciting phase of growth. Backed by strong unit economics, experienced operators, and a proven playbook, we are looking for builders and operators who want to help scale a healthcare platform designed to deliver better care, better coordination, and better outcomes for seniors.
About The Role
Greenbrook is scaling its number of patients and clinics aggressively, and this role is how we get there. As Senior Manager, Growth Ops & Strategy, you'll be the strategic and operational engine behind our growth function: setting the analytical foundation, building the systems that make patient growth predictable, and driving the cross-functional execution that turns ambitious targets into results. You'll shape how we think about growth, how we fund channels, how we stage and organize against expansion plans, and more. You’ll lead our thinking on technology investments for the team, including how we enable the team using AI. You'll report to the VP of Growth, Population Health & Operations and work across every function in the company.
Location: New York City strongly preferred (Hybrid). Open to exceptional remote candidates in FL, VA, TX, NY, MO, NJ (must be located in these states to be eligible).
What You’ll Do
Set the growth strategy
- Lead the annual and quarterly OKR process for the Growth team in partnership with the Chief of Staff
- Make sure goals are aligned across the Growth team and that progress is reviewed on a consistent cadence
- Build the analysis needed to support growth decisions, including market sizing for new locations, competitive research, partnership opportunities, and expansion planning scenarios
- Turn analysis into clear recommendations for leadership, including tradeoffs and implications
- Identify and size new opportunities for the team to pursue and help determine where we should invest time and resources
Build the analytics engine and growth tech stack
- Build and maintain the growth model: projected conversions by clinic, staffing ratios, panel maturity tracking, and scenario planning for new locations
- Own growth reporting infrastructure: business logic, dashboards, weekly/monthly cadence, and data accuracy
- Own our Hubspot instance, including how it’s configured, workflows, reporting and modifications as our business evolves
- Recommend tech investments to enable and advance the core growth KPIs
- Proactively surface insights and recommendations to leadership
Drive cross-functional execution
- Translate growth targets into operational plans with milestones, owners, and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functionally on launch sequencing and resource allocation
- Lead complex cross-functional projects end-to-end; own the project plan, track dependencies, and escalate blockers
What Success Looks Like
- Patient Growth: Drive total HMO patient count to EOY target by ensuring the growth team has the data, systems, and operational clarity to execute; owned jointly with the VP of Growth. You’ll own the total HMO patient count at EOY vs. target metric.
- OKR & Reporting Cadence: Ensure Growth team OKRs are set, aligned, and tracked each quarter, with 100% on-time submission and clear visibility into progress across leadership.
- Operational Infrastructure: Maintain accurate, trusted growth reporting across dashboards, HubSpot pipeline data, and the growth model, so the team makes decisions based on clean, current data. Success will be measured by leadership confidence score (quarterly survey).
- Cross-Functional Execution: Lead complex projects end-to-end with defined success metrics, clear owners, and on-time delivery. Each project includes a project-specific success metric agreed upon before launch. You’ll own the team effectiveness quarterly peer satisfaction score.
About You
You bring:
- 5-8+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role within a high-growth healthcare or multi-site services organization.
- A bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience building models, designing dashboards, and using data to drive business decisions.
- A proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity and create clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A high level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through, with a bias toward action and execution.
You’ll stand out if you:
- You're AI-native and have successfully built or implemented AI-powered tools, automations, or workflows that improve business performance.
- You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly and systems are continuously being built and improved.
- You naturally connect data, operations, and strategy, using insights to influence decisions and drive measurable business outcomes.
- You enjoy building scalable processes rather than simply operating existing ones.
- You're known for anticipating problems, proactively closing gaps, and driving initiatives forward without needing direction.
