Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, design, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and creative assets to drive member acquisition, product adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor market conditions, identify trends, and provide product, positioning, and pricing recommendations.
- Conduct regular reviews of products and services to ensure offerings remain competitive and continue to meet evolving member needs and expectations.
- Partner with member experience and business development teams to effectively position and promote products and services in support of organizational growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and define high-value consumer segments using internal data, third-party data, and market research.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall product performance.
Requirements
Experience
5-7 years of experience of marketing experience in the finanacial services industry with demonstrated success in member/customer acquisition, product makreting, and strategic positioning.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Knowledge/Skills
- Knowledge of consumer banking, payments, money management products, and related services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer/member-focused with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Salary Range:
- $67,812.58 - $84765.72

Schedule· Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
