We seek an experienced and inspirational Plant Manager to lead one of LEONI’s manufacturing operations in Slovakia. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the plant, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

As a member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the plant strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

• Lead all plant operations and achieve business and financial targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, and Support Functions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven success in managing large production organizations and driving performance improvements.
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. Fluent in English
