How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Support a respectful and comfortable healing environment by assisting patients with essential personal care and the activities of daily living.
  • Enhance patient safety and recovery by aiding with the careful movement and positioning of individuals as directed by the clinical team.
  • Act as a vital observer for the nursing staff by identifying and reporting changes in a patient's physical, mental, or emotional condition.
  • Maintain the integrity of the clinical record by accurately documenting patient observations and care activities in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient care environment by keeping patient rooms orderly and maintaining the functionality of medical equipment.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Aide preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
