En tant que Chargé de Clientèle chez Edenred France, vous êtes le point de contact privilégié de nos clients. Vous assurez leur satisfaction en leur apportant un support de qualité et en répondant à leurs besoins de manière proactive.

Responsabilités**

* Gérer un portefeuille de clients existants (entreprises, collectivités).
* Répondre aux sollicitations des clients par téléphone, email et chat (informations, réclamations, assistance technique).
* Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation de nos solutions (Ticket Restaurant, Ticket Kadéos, etc.) et les accompagner dans leurs démarches.
* Identifier les opportunités de développement commercial et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
* Assurer la fidélisation des clients et contribuer à l'amélioration de leur expérience.
* Participer à la résolution des problèmes complexes en collaboration avec les équipes internes (commercial, technique, marketing).
* Tenir à jour le CRM et garantir la fiabilité des informations clients.
* Réaliser des reportings réguliers sur l'activité et la satisfaction client.

Qualifications**

* Minimum Bac+2 en commerce, relation client ou équivalent.
* Première expérience réussie (1 à 3 ans) dans une fonction similaire de Chargé de Clientèle, idéalement en B2B.
* Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
* Sens aigu du service client, écoute active et empathie.
* Capacité à gérer les situations difficiles et à trouver des solutions.
* Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) et d'un CRM.
* Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'équipe.
* Connaissance des solutions Edenred serait un plus.
