About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities of Supervisor

•Coordinating communication between field technicians, project managers, and other stakeholders.

•Manage the scheduling and routing of field technicians, ensuring that they are assigned to the right tasks and locations. This includes planning daily work schedules and adjusting as needed.

•Handle emergency calls and respond promptly to any urgent situations that may occur on the field.

•Keep track of equipment and resources, ensuring that field technicians have the necessary tools and materials to complete their tasks.

•Maintain accurate records of all communications, incidents, and activities, prepare reports and documentation for project management and compliance purposes.

•Assist field technicians with technical issues, providing guidance and support to resolve problems efficiently.
