JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coach and motivate team members to achieve set sales targets and to provide good customer service
Plan, organise and implement sales activities to achieve sales targets.
Ensure all documentation requirements are met and submitted in a timely manner.
Take immediate corrective action in cases where team members deviate from set policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field
Able to lead and motivate the team
Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service oriented mindset
Independent, self-motivated and possess positive attitude, Results oriented
Ability to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment
Mature, dynamic and proactive
Able to organize resources, present report and coordinate project work
