About the Role

About This Role: 

As a PLCM Systems & Process Governance Sr. Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) team within the Global Supply Chain. This role is designed to provide operational leadership in governance, business readiness, data visibility, and continuous improvement across PLCM systems and processes. Collaborating closely with PLCM team members, global stakeholders, IT partners, and cross-functional project teams, you will ensure effective execution, compliance, and evolution of PLCM processes and technologies. Your expertise will drive the administration of governance forums, roadmap tracking, and documentation coordination, while supporting inspection readiness and execution excellence. By managing documentation workflows, user access, and compliance activities, you will enable informed decision-making and transparency. Your contributions will be essential in delivering PLCM strategic and operational priorities, enhancing business initiatives, and fostering continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate PLCM Governance Forums, including agenda preparation, meeting documentation, and follow-up tracking.
  • Maintain and update the PLCM roadmap, ensuring alignment and timely execution of activities.
  • Develop and improve KPI tracking and reporting across PLCM, supporting operational insights.
  • Coordinate Veeva document workflows for timely routing and approval of GMP documentation.
  • Support preparation and delivery of training materials and curriculums for formal and informal sessions.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements, providing operational input and feedback.
  • Manage Change Controls for defined scope, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
  • Lead smaller initiatives on process alignments and minor system enhancements.
  • Prepare presentations and communication materials for change adoption and stakeholder alignment.

You are passionate about driving transparency and informed decision-making within the PLCM framework.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, or regulated environments.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in documentation management, training, and communications.
  • Competence in complex cross-functional and GxP-regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in operational execution and governance activities.
  • Experience with PLM or related systems (Agile PLM, Veeva) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI strongly preferred).
  • Fluent oral and written English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with executive level communication and documentation.
  • Proficiency with standard enterprise productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).
  • Familiarity with project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
