About the Role

About Job The Merchant Success Executive at bukuwarung plays a critical role in expanding the company's reach by engaging with small to medium-sized enterprises. This position involves promoting and installing EDC machines, aiding merchants in enhancing their transaction capabilities. As a Merchant Success Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's success in providing seamless and efficient payment solutions. Skills & Qualification A high school diploma or equivalent is required to ensure foundational knowledge and skills Ownership of a motorcycle and an active motorcycle license (SIM C) is necessary for efficient mobility and client visits Experience in motorized sales or canvassing helps in effectively reaching potential merchants and closing sales Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil demonstrates versatility and adaptability Strong negotiation skills to secure sales and foster long-term partnerships Ability to achieve sales targets reflects goal-oriented performance Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and enhance relationships with merchants Responsibilities Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand the installation of EDC machines among SMEs, increasing market penetration Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals, ensuring growth in revenue Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company to contribute to overall business objectives Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines to ensure satisfaction and continued usage Provide exceptional service and support to merchants, facilitating smooth operations and addressing any concerns Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve product offerings Document and report sales activities and market feedback to help refine sales strategies and approaches"
