Wie du uns hilfst

  • Onboarding und Implementierung unserer SaaS-Lösung beim Kunden - von der Konfiguration bis zum Go-Live
  • Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Übersetzung in konkrete Lösungsdesigns innerhalb der Plattform
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Demos für Endanwender und Key User
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Success und Entwicklung
  • Dokumentation von Konfigurationen, Prozessen und Best Practices
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Implementierungsmethodik

Wie wir uns ergänzen

Was dich erwartet

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Implementierung oder dem Rollout von Software-Lösungen (SaaS, ERP, CRM o. Ä.)
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte verständlich zu erklären
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch - mündlich wie schriftlich
  • Du hast Freude daran, Kunden zum Erfolg zu führen
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Serviceprozessen nach ITIL
