About the Role

Company Description

Juris Consillis is a reputed litigation law firm based in New Marine Lines, Mumbai, with a strong practice in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Insolvency (NCLT), Arbitration, Commercial Disputes, and Property Matters.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Advocate to join our litigation team. This role offers excellent courtroom exposure and hands-on experience across various courts and tribunals while working alongside experienced legal professionals.

Job Description

The selected candidate will assist in handling litigation matters, legal drafting, research, and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft plaints, petitions, applications, notices, affidavits, agreements, and written submissions.
  • Assist in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Property Matters, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, and NCLT matters.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and legal opinions.
  • Attend court hearings and assist senior advocates.
  • Manage court filings, procedural compliances, and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, counsel, and court officials.
  • Maintain digital case records and utilize legal technology and AI-assisted research tools.

Experience

0–2 Years (Freshers with litigation internship experience are encouraged to apply.)

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: Half Day

Salary
