We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, develop talent, and drive culinary excellence across our restaurants, banquets, and events

Job Description

  • Build a strong culinary culture that connects Pakistan’s culinary heritage with international standards, promoting excellence, teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement within the kitchen department.
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, presentation, and compliance with international culinary standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the culinary team through ongoing training, mentoring, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Create innovative menus while managing food cost, hygiene standards, HACCP compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and create innovative, distinctive culinary events throughout the year for our guests.
  • Analyze kitchen performance metrics, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability without compromising quality
  • Oversee food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols, ensuring full compliance with HACCP standards and local health regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of culinary experience, including previous Executive Chef experience in a luxury hotel or large-scale hospitality operation.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop multicultural culinary teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and nurturing talent.
  • Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, food safety standards, and cost management.
  • Creative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
