Student Assistant – Sustainability Event Management

Your tasks
At ISCC we are a close team of highly motivated, supportive and committed young professionals with a multitude of backgrounds. Due to the continued growth, we are looking for at least one more student assistant to support our ISCC Academy & Events Team. If you feel we are a fit, we are looking forward to welcoming you in our team at the ISCC head office in Cologne.
- You will support the team in preparing our ISCC Academy training courses & webinars as well as ISCC Events
- You will assist with internal processes such as participant management, data storage, and documentation. You will give us a hand digitalising our training courses and webinars and integrate content to designated platforms
- You will take over own small projects within the team (internal events or other)
- You will help to research, develop and update documents and presentations
- You will be in close contact with our international participants and business partners to answer questions about the different event formats we offer and assist with the registration process
- You will help with general office tasks such as correspondence, database maintenance etc. to follow up on the events and gather feedback
Your profile
- Enrolled student in the area of event management, economics, business administration, sustainability, environmental management or similar with an availability of 16–20 hours for at least one year (preferably longer)
- Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 both written and spoken). German and additional languages will be of advantage
- High proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook & Apple Mac Book
- Affinity to IT processes and platforms
- A high degree of initiative and proactive communication with your team and other colleagues
- A service-oriented, proactive and supportive attitude
- Excellent time management and self-organization
- An approachable and reliable team player
