Pay Scale: $20.00 - $21.00

As a Shift Lead you will play a vital role in leading and supporting operations!

What you will do:

  • Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner
  • Take customer orders over the counter and phone orders
  • Acknowledges and addresses customer concerns
  • Directs team members on shift to follow all cash management and cash register policies.
  • Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Prepares daily administrative paperwork, cash reconciliations for entire day (including voids, refunds, and returns), and daily deposit preparation
  • Gives breaks as necessary, when appropriate, and according to labor law guidelines.
  • Maintains focus on food standards, costs, and safety during the shift.
  • Performs nightly inventory.
  • Ensures team members are following all work safety guidelines
