The Role

We are in search of a Warehouse Employee to join our team in Sea Cove Grand Manan, New Brunswick. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including forklift operation, general housekeeping, and using a tablet for inventory purposes. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by sweeping and keeping the area free of debris.
• Utilize a tablet or handheld device to accurately track inventory and update records.
• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling product; handling pallet; placing orders in the delivery area.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a warehouse worker or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
• Basic computer skills: familiarity with using tablets or handheld devices for inventory purposes is a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25kgs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
