About the Role
Your mission
The Technical Product Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the lifecycle management of technical products from development to launch and beyond. The role involves coordinating product-related activities, managing product documentation, and ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders are informed about product updates, features, and functionalities. This position plays a key role in ensuring the seamless communication and implementation of product strategies, enhancements, and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Support and Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, development, and launch of technical products, working closely with the product management and engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring that product updates are communicated to sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Manage product-related inquiries from internal teams, providing accurate and up-to-date information about product features, updates, and timelines.
- Product Documentation and Updates:
- Maintain and update product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and brochures.
- Collaborate with technical designers and R&D to ensure that documentation accurately reflects product features and updates.
- Ensure that all product assets (datasheets, marketing collateral, etc.) are updated and accessible.
- Website and Marketing Asset Management:
- Ensure that product information on the company’s website is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with marketing messaging.
- Work with the marketing team to update brochures, product pages, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Manage digital assets related to the product, ensuring they are stored and organized effectively.
- Internal Communication:
- Supports to internal teams regarding technical product updates, changes, or new releases.
- Facilitate internal training sessions or briefings to ensure all teams are informed about new product features and functionalities.
- Regularly communicate with sales and customer support to gather feedback on product performance and relay it to the product management team.
- Product Release Coordination:
- Support the product launch process by coordinating activities between various teams (development, marketing, sales).
- Monitor timelines and project plans to ensure smooth and timely product releases.
- Help prepare product-related presentations and materials for product launches and internal meetings.
- Market Research and Feedback:
- Assist in gathering market feedback and insights related to product performance and customer needs.
- Conduct competitor analysis to help inform product improvements or new product development initiatives.
Your profile
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Marketing).
- 2-4 years of experience in product coordination, technical product management, or a related role.
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign and Photoshop) knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical products to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, R&D, marketing, and sales.
- Basic understanding of web technologies and digital marketing.
- Basic Understanding of customer relationship management content management system (CRMS) tools like Salesforce WordPress.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
