About the Role
What you can expect from us
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Manager (gn) to join our growing international sales team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the sales organization: coordinating quotations, orders, and contracts, maintaining our CRM and sales reporting, and ensuring smooth collaboration between Sales, customers, and internal departments including Engineering, Program Management, and Finance. The role is based at our facilities in Immenstaad and Markdorf, Germany, and can involve occasional travel to customer meetings, trade shows, and regional sales offices.Your Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and track customer quotations, sales orders, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- Maintain and continuously improve the CRM system, sales data, and pipeline reporting to support informed decision-making
- Act as central point of coordination between the sales team, customers, and internal departments such as Engineering, Program Management, and Production
- Support pricing, bid preparation, and commercial documentation in line with global guidelines
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer commitments to ensure flawless execution and high customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales presentations, reports, and analyses for management and regional sales meetings
- Report to the VP Global Sales and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and workflows
Your skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, order management, or a comparable commercial role, ideally within an international industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Confident handling of CRM and ERP systems and MS Office
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a service-oriented and team-focused mindset
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German and additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on mentality, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to take ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
