About the Role
Description
Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and body shop technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great collision experience and understanding their needs.
Hours:
The Collision Center is open during the following hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule repair for customers, either in person or over the phone
- Communicate with customers to determine the nature of their repair needs.
- Ensure that the required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Photograph the vehicle to support the damage for insurance
- Update clients with repair progress and status accordingly.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
- Evaluate the vehicle thoroughly to determine the extent of damage and the need for repairs
- Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines.
- Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Collision manager.
