About the Role

Your Role:
As a Medical Services Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.
Serving clients on a national and international scale, we play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of healthcare assessment.

Key responsibilities will include a range of administrative and office duties such as:

  • Coordinating and scheduling medical appointments
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media content creation
  • Communicating professionally and effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Performing accurate data entry and record management
  • Providing timely, courteous assistance to customers

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: 

  • Previous experience in administrative support
  • Experience in social media creation and marketing activities
  • Medical or legal knowledge (highly desirable)
  • Strong computer proficiency, including advanced MS Office skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work
  • Excellent time‑management abilities, including managing multiple tasks simultaneously

What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with key stakeholders, including lawyers and doctors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Excellent time management to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Word, Excel, and MS Access.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (highly desirable).
  • Prior experience in a law firm, healthcare setting, or insurance agency (desirable).
