Your Role:
As a Medical Services Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.
Serving clients on a national and international scale, we play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of healthcare assessment.
Key responsibilities will include a range of administrative and office duties such as:
- Coordinating and scheduling medical appointments
- Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media content creation
- Communicating professionally and effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Performing accurate data entry and record management
- Providing timely, courteous assistance to customers
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administrative support
- Experience in social media creation and marketing activities
- Medical or legal knowledge (highly desirable)
- Strong computer proficiency, including advanced MS Office skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work
- Excellent time‑management abilities, including managing multiple tasks simultaneously

- Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with key stakeholders, including lawyers and doctors.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Word, Excel, and MS Access.
- Familiarity with medical terminology (highly desirable).
- Prior experience in a law firm, healthcare setting, or insurance agency (desirable).
