Job Description

Playtech Managed Services is looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Expert with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and market trends to provide actionable insights. 
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to support decision-making. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and processes within the Trading room. 
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Risk and Fraud, Product, Technology teams, clients, and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment of business objectives and project goals. 
  • Prepare and present reports for executive management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 

Qualifications

Components for success. You... 

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. 
  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. 
  • Are proficient in business intelligence software and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office). 
  • Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges. 
  • Are knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and compliance in the betting industry is a plus. 
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English. 
  • Show a strong passion and enthusiasm for sports. 
  • Are willing to work on a shift that includes evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
