Senior Account Executive Belgium (SaaS Platform) - French Speaker

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to accelerate our growth in Belgium.
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new revenue and closing strategic SaaS deals. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, from the first conversation through contract signature. You're not simply selling software; you're helping organizations achieve their marketing and growth ambitions through compelling business cases and a future-proof AI solution.

Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and the commercial team, you'll help build a predictable, scalable sales organization. You'll actively contribute to our commercial strategy, sales processes, messaging, and playbooks while playing a key role in expanding InSpace's presence in Belgium and France.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations to proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Lead strategic conversations with CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline with clear forecasting, follow-up, and closing plans.
  • Translate customer challenges into compelling business cases and tailored NOVA solutions.
  • Generate revenue through both inbound opportunities and proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure smooth customer handovers.
  • Continuously improve our commercial approach, messaging, pricing strategy, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and sales playbooks.
  • Leverage AI as an integral part of your daily workflow to sell smarter, faster, and more effectively.
  • As the team grows, mentor junior and mid-level Account Executives and support onboarding and call reviews.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree.
  • You have a proven track record of independently closing complex deals and managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • You're experienced in consultative and value-based selling, translating business challenges into commercial opportunities.
  • You are a true closer: you know exactly when there is momentum and you dare to make deals concrete, close them on the spot, and move them to signature.
  • You work in a structured, data-driven way and have experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • You're entrepreneurial, self-driven, and thrive in an ambitious scale-up environment.
  • Experience with MarTech, SEO, AI, or Growth Marketing is a strong plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.

Salary range

€3,500 – €5.500 gross per month (annual salary calculated over 13.92 salary payments, in line with Belgian employment standards).
