Summary

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy and operational excellence within our warehouse. This role is critical to maintaining system integrity, identifying root causes of inventory discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement across receiving, replenishment, and picking operations.


Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:00A - 3:30p


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform daily cycle counts across pick bins, replenishment, and backstock locations.
  • Reconcile physical inventory counts against the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Research, document, and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Identify trends and recurring inventory issues and escalate findings.
  • Partner with Shipping, Receiving, and Replenishment teams to correct errors.
  • Execute inventory adjustments following approval procedures.
  • Verify labeling, UOM, expiration dates, and product accuracy.
  • Support annual physical inventories.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Follow all warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year warehouse experience, preferably in inventory control or receiving.
  • Experience operating the Order Picker (cherry picker) Forklift.
  • Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems.
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
  • Ability to work independently.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled building
