About the Role
 

GENERAL SUMMARY: We are looking for manufacturing team members to join our Shawano, WI facility! Individuals work together as a team assembling small, medium, and large-size vehicle equipment for our advance customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Study and interpret set up instructions, work instructions, drawings, layouts, sketches, router sheets, and production schedule.
  • Fabricate, adjust, operate and be proficient in the operation of various fabricating equipment including but not limited to cutting, forming, punching, grinding of material.
  • Must be able to operate both manual and computer aided machines.
  • Must be able to run all programs and modify specific programs on computer aided machines.
  • Determine if all parts are present.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
  • Read parts list.
  • Interpret measurements.
  • Verify specifications.
  • Alter dimensions to fit specifications.
  • Resolve production issues.
  • Complete preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
  • Ensure working environment is clean and safe.
  • Report errors in product line.
  • Check stock to ensure inventory is replenished.
  • Complete quality control forms.
  • Place orders for supplies.
  • Participate in product development.
  • Build prototypes and test products.
  • Prioritizing work based on production schedule.
  • Communicate effectively/appropriately with team members, leads and supervisors.
  • Effectively and accurately use VMI, Kanban cards, material withdrawal forms, stock, fabricated, and special-order parts so inventory counts are correct
  • Maintain regular attendance

 

 REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: 

  • Basic experience with hand tools
  • Basic math, tape measure, and computer skills 
  • Must be 18 years old 

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Prefer manufacturing experience and welding experience
  • Prefer High School Diploma or GED equivalent
