The Opportunity

• Immediate Level 5/Full Partner Advancement upon start.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified General Anesthesiologists.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• ACLS and PALS required.
• $640K - $660K with profit distribution.
• On call is one 24-hour shift per week.
• Hospital based and ambulatory services.
• Practice site autonomy while having the support of a national network.
• Providers may support affiliated surgery centers.

The Practice 

Adventist Health Memorial Lodi Hospital – Lodi, California

• 214-bed hospital supporting 10 ICU beds and 6 ORs.
• Services include orthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, urology, ENT, and labor & delivery. No trauma, neuro, vascular or thoracic.
• Surgical staff is facile with 2 DaVinci robots onsite.
• The group staffs an outpatient facility with 3 ORs – very close by to the hospital.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
