About the Role

Description

American Lumper Services es una empresa nacional de gestión de almacenes en expansión que busca personas motivadas para ayudar en nuestra sucursal de Smyrna, Tennessee, con la carga y descarga manual de contenedores. Las tareas incluirán, entre otras: clasificar la mercancía minorista por número de tienda, armar, envolver y preparar palés. Se valora la experiencia en almacén. • Preparar y completar pedidos para entrega o recogida según lo programado (cargar, empacar, envolver, etiquetar, enviar).

•Recibir y procesar productos del almacén (recoger, descargar, etiquetar, almacenar, desmontar contenedores).
•Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro y optimizar el uso del espacio.
•Reportar cualquier discrepancia.
•Habilidades de comunicación efectivas, incluyendo escritura, habla y escucha activa.
•Excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas, la toma de decisiones, la gestión del tiempo y la organización.
•Cumplir con los estándares de calidad del servicio y los procedimientos, normas y regulaciones.
•Otras tareas asignadas.

Horario:

Lunes a jueves: 8:00 a. m. - fin de semana.
Domingo: 7:00 a. m. - fin de semana.
Debe estar disponible y dispuesto a trabajar los viernes (según sea necesario).
Sábado: Cerrado.
Horario de temporada alta: 3 días laborables. 4 días libres

Sueldo semanal
$17.00/hora (sueldo semanal)

Beneficios:
•Seguro médico: después de 90 días
•Tiempo libre remunerado (PTO): el acumulado comienza el primer día, pero no se puede usar hasta el día 90
