Part time Talent Acquisition Partner - 1 year Fixed term contract

Job Overview:
The Recruitment Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Line Managers to build effective sourcing approaches by identifying the availability of talent across critical talent segments. The Talent Acquisition Partner will use the most effective candidate attraction strategies and messages to reach different candidate segments to source the best candidates in the market and build a talent pipeline for the growing needs of the business. They will also provide accurate market mapping information; including identifying the top performing employees at talent competitors in anticipation of future talent needs and carries out research on industry trends.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Follow a funnel-based approach to develop a pipeline across multiple roles applying a metric driven scorecard to measure success.
Build and keep engaged a network of potential candidates through proactive market research, lead generation, content marketing, brand-building conversations, and ongoing relationship management using a CRM tool.
Compile talent intelligence and map relevant markets.
Map critical talent markets, compile competitive intelligence, research industry trends, and share perspectives on how to best compete in the external talent landscape
Assess passive candidates, understand their strengths, motivations, and attraction drivers, and convert them to applicants.
Follow a funnel based approach to develop candidate pipelines. Apply a metrics-driven scorecard to improve attraction (prospect-to-applicant ratio) and selection (interview-to-offer ratio) over time, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager requirements.
Conduct interviews of potential candidates (both passive and active), demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Compile talent intelligence: profile competitors and build organization charts.
Build and utilize a variety of sourcing plans and tools for specific positions.
Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
Collaborate with recruitment team on the creation of recruitment plans and deploy branding/marketing activities for assigned job families.
Measure and improve channel effectiveness, fine-tuning messaging and increasing ROI over time.
Recommend process improvements, EVP enhancements, and ideas to create the best Candidate Experience, to create competitive advantage and contribute to our long-term growth.
Participate in special recruiting initiatives such as conferences and events.
And all other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications & Experience (Minimum Required):
Associate’s degree or minimum of 4 years’ equivalent coordination experience
2+ years of recruiting experience, with major and strong emphasis on sourcing, networking and building talent pipeline across multiple levels of clinical research professionals and skill sets.
Demonstrated experience identifying prospective talent in anticipation of future talent needs.
Strong experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
Strong experience using a metric driven approach to developing, tracking and running pipeline.
Demonstrated experience using effective channels and messages to find targeted sources of high quality candidates, including passive candidates.
Demonstrated knowledge of labor market(s) to source candidates.
Strong experience of pipeline generation and qualification, employing varied techniques (both virtual and not), demonstrating creative, resourceful and committed approach.
Strong experience in sourcing from social media platforms (professional and social).
Excellent phone presence and ability to qualify very senior talent.
Experience juggling multiple searches and customer relationships.
