Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Texas clinical supervisors who are ready to support developing mental health professionals through meaningful and structured supervision. This role gives supervisors the opportunity to guide clinicians in case review, ethical practice, treatment planning, documentation, and professional growth.

Through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature, clinicians can find supervisors who match their licensure path and supervision goals. Texas supervisors who join the platform can help clinicians move forward with clearer access to qualified support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
• Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional development
• Help supervisees build confidence and clinical skill
• Follow Texas supervision and licensing standards
• Maintain clear supervision expectations and records

• Active Texas clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, Licensed Psychological Associate-Independent Practitioner (LPA-IP), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must be qualified to provide supervision under Texas board rules
• Supervision experience preferred
