About the Role

The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Engineer, Civil to join our dynamic and growing team at our Brisbane office. In this role, you will report directly to the Principal, driving the successful execution of projects within the land development space to meet client expectations.

Specifically:

  • Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordination of designs and contract administration
  • Develop relationships with clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
  • Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
  • Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth
  • Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing project through involvement in all stages of project delivery
  • Experience in urban development projects is advantageous
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
  • High level industry awareness and engagement
  • REPQ certification desirable
