About the Role
Your job highlight
You are an experienced IT program /project manager that is responsible for delivering technology projects and connects technical execution in achieving Allane’s corporate strategy. You are empowered and thrive through uncertainty providing solutions based past experience.Your new role
- Program Strategy and Alignment: You translate business requirements into actionable programs and projects, while collaborating with IT, Business leaders and Allane stakeholders
- Governance and Oversight: You establish and enforcing program governance frameworks, ensuring programs comply with regulatory requirements, standards and internal policies, whilst monitoring projects, interdependencies and progress
- Program Execution and Delivery Oversight: You provide oversight on planning, execution and delivery of IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Communication and Reporting: You act as the communicator of IT projects to Business sponsors and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations with transparency
- Change Management: You support change management strategies to drive adoption of new projects across the Business and IT organization
Your strenghts
- Experienced in IT Project and Program Management: You have 10-15 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in car financing industry and at least 5 of them managing multiple projects
- Visionary and Strategic Thinker: You drive strategic IT initiatives that align with business goals
- Analytical and Solution-Oriented: You thrive in identifying risks and opportunities, ensuring successful project delivery
- Clear Communicator: You effectively communicate complex concepts to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders with ease and gain buy-in from diverse teams
- Proficient in Change Management: You design and implement strategies that drive adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless transitions
