As a Semiconductor Characterization / Param engineer in the DEMQRA Central Param team, you will be responsible for supporting the Global High-Volume-Manufacturing Fabs by managing the param business processes and developing & deploying electrical device characterization programs. You will also support New-Product-Introduction by transferring the test methodologies & param programs from Technology Development to High Volume Manufacturing. In this role you will partner with engineering teams from TD Device Characterization, HVM Quality Engineering, Process Integration, Process Development, Central Planning and Global Quality.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

·         Electrical characterization and testing of NAND & DRAM Array, CMOS Devices and Interconnects,

·         Define, optimize & manage param business processes for Global HVM Fab Network.

·         Support New-Product-Introduction through Param Technology Transfer.

·         Collaborate with TD to deploy new test methodologies, align Test Equipment Hardware requirements (Tool-Of-Record), Param Software, Test Algorithms, etc.

Strong candidates have these qualifications: 

·         Strong background in semiconductor device physics, electrical characterization, processing, and instrumentation.

·         A deep understanding of device operation in memory systems including NAND, DRAM, storage class, and other memories.

·         Experience in the operation and automation of semiconductor instrumentation including, but not totally limited to: Parameter analyzers, SPA, SMU, LCR meters, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Pulse & Waveform Generators, Wafer Probers, ATE and bench systems.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

·         Knowledgeable in Python, C/C++, Unix/Linux

·         Experience defining electrical characterization methods and writing algorithms.

Minimum Education / Experience: 

·         Bachelors with 5+ years experience or Masters with 3+ years experience in Semiconductor Device Characterization / Engineering.

·         Preferred specialization: Electrical Engineering/Microelectronics/Material Science Engineering
